A dental tourist came to our clinic with the complaint of mobility of all teeth .
On examination there was generalized periodontitis.
The treatment plans discussed with patient.
The patient decided for the permanent solution with the implant supported prosthesis.

The patient had malaligned teeth with mobility and prosthesis .

The patient was not comfortable with her smile.
AFTER IMPLANTATION
The implants were implanted ans patient were in provisional implant supported fixed prosthesis.
The
patient had came to clinic after one year and provisional prosthesis
had been removed and the implants were well osteointergated.

10 implants were osteointergated with the bone.

The lower occlusal view shows the bilaterally missing teeth with stains and deposits of all the teeth.

The treatment plan was implant supported fixed teeth and oral prophylaxis.

2 implants were placed for each tooth
since the tooth size was larger and the natural tooth had 2 roots .
